Sunny, private room with large windows. Large closet and unique Anthropologie dresser. Bamboo wood floors. Beautiful open space kitchen & living room. Great neighborhood - within walking distance to food coop, grocery store, bakeries, shops, river arts district, and restaurants in West Asheville. 10-minute walk to Carrier Park alongside the oldest river in the world - The French Broad River. Bent Creek National Forest with 8,000 acres of hiking trails. Also, a 10-minute drive to NC Arboretum and Blue Ridge Parkway! Storage space under the house. I have 2 cats who sleep in my room at night and sleep most of the day (life is rough!). 1 and half bathrooms. It has been seamless sharing a bathroom. I shower at night and use bathroom for 10 minutes in the morning. That is pretty much it. Occassionally I blow dry my hair in bathroom but also can do that in my bedroom. Bathroom has cedar wood ceiling and river rock floor in the shower. Rainshower head and beautiful raw edge wood countertop. Lots of storage space under sink and in hall closet. No smoking or vaping (not 420-friendly) in the house or on-premises. no drugs No excessive drinking - prefer no drinking in the house or minimal drinking No parties and large gatherings. An occasional friend over is fine. No stay-over boyfriend or girlfriend Must pay rent and internet on or before the 1st of each month. Electric and water bills paid on or before the due date (which I will let you know) The room is for one person. Share cleaning duties and always clean up after yourself. No dishes left in sink overnight etcetera... (there is a dishwasher) Quiet in common spaces - use headphones if in common space. On-street parking- very safe neighborhood.
