Hi, I have a studio Apt. i'm looking to sublease for the next 2-3 months (all utilities included in the price). The Apt is fully furnished with cable (all movie channels) and wifi. There is a laundromat in the basement with plenty of machines, elevator building. Just looking to save some money for the next few months so all my belongings will stay in the apt. and need someone responsible to look after the place. I would like to possibly stop by 1 to 2 times a month to swap out cloths and check in on things... Of course i will call and check in with you prior to stopping by. Maybe we can get to know each other and grab food or drinks on those days. Apt. is located on N 6th street between kent and the pier. Nearest subway station is 3 blocks away, Bedford station on the L line.
