    We love our home. It's in a great neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. We do NOT have to sell but are considering it since we are open to relocating. We had the siding, windows, doors AND roof replaced last year (2020) with a fully transferable LIFETIME warranty. ($60K) The basement is fully waterproofed and has a brand new sump pump and French drain. We do not get any flooding. Ever. ($26K) The basement walls are also reinforced with steel i-beams. ($3k) The heater unit is also brand new. ($3K) Finished Hardwood floors underneath the carpeting on first and second floors. Front and back yard are landscaped with a large 20x20 concrete patio, screened room and 12x8 wooden shed on a concrete pad. Garage is on its own electrical circuit - my husband is a mechanic with lots of air tools and a compressor. Included: Some furnishings... we can negotiate. Lawn equipment like mowers, Blowers, etc. WE CAN MOVE OUT WITHIN 60 DAYS FOR A CASH SALE.
