A professional painter applied the satin coat of new paint. Why satin finish? Smooth/slick paint does not allow mildew and such to stick to it. Use a garden hose to wash it off, pressure wash not needed so often as non Satin Finishes. And yes, in Florida we wash our houses a lot! Beautiful full view storm door showcasing the entry door with a roll down screen. Our 24 x 14 covered Lanai w/ceiling fan and light was an expansion project. Warranty from June 2013 to 2033, yes, A twenty year warranty. In 2011 all the laminate kitchen countertops were replaced with Granite, a undermount stainless steel double sink. A single handle Moen faucet was installed with the new counter tops. Continental Granite did the work. We replaced the guest bath vanity top with granite and beautiful Moen faucet and sink. 05/06/2014. We hired Corey Enterprises, to treat the St. Augustine Lawn which has resulted in a full, lush, very green, healthy lawn. The sprinkler system is on a 70' deep well installed 2008. It has one outside hydrant for the hose. The pump and pressure tank is installed inside the garage. There are two fire hydrants for the city fire department fire hose hook up. A most positive result for your homeowners insurance policy. The roof was replaced 02/24/2022 using Corning architectural shingles w/peel and stick water & Ice underlayment. The Crystal cut knobs are beautiful and we painted a small amount of "Stained Glass green" to their back sides. When light hits them they are gorgeous! I intend to keep this home updated and not to allow it to fall into obsolescence. I have succeeded, so far!
