Renter is responsible for all utilities. First and last month rent due at signing. No smoking indoors. This includes 'vape' devices, cigars, cigarettes, etc. No pets. Initial lease duration will be 6 months. Lease may be renewed for 1 year at the 6 month mark. There will be no fees to renew the lease at that time. A daily late fee of $15 will be applied beginning 5 days after the rent due date. Tenant must get approval from owner before moving in any additional occupants not on original lease. Any occupant 18+ must submit a background and credit check for a nonrefundable fee of $60.
