It's very large -120 sf with a queen bed, end table and dresser that can easily be moved out of the room if you have your own furniture. We are all extremely private professionals. It's a large house-kind of like living in an apartment building. We're friends and sometimes go out together on weekends, but we rarely see each other in the house. The house is beautiful and comfortable with a nice backyard. Fountain in the backyard filled with finches, a pool and barbecue in the common area and a great basketball court. I try to make my house resort-like. Everyone is very happy here. We just need one more person to add. Please contact me!
