The bedroom for rent is the largest in the apartment and has three good sized windows allowing for a lot of sun, a double closet with shelving, hardwood floors and ceiling fan. Common Areas: One bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen (with granite counter tops and updated appliances), and porch. Other amenities: In unit washer/dryer, dishwasher and ample street parking (no resident sticker needed). Pet friendly but will need to be ok with the roommates staying. Current roommates are two males both 33+. Laid back, friendly and clean.
