Living area has a sofa and Smart TV. Kitchen is equipped with microwave and refrigerator (there is no dishwasher). Bedrooms with queen size beds are cozy and comfortable. The front bedroom also has a smart TV and the en-suite half bath. Laundry closet includes stacking washer and dryer. Small yard area (shared with tenant in the unit behind) has a charcoal BBQ for your enjoyment. Dogs considered on a case-by-case basis, requiring a picture for approval and subject to additional fees if approved. Max of 1 medium or larger dog or 2 small dogs, one-time fee of $100 and $50 per month pet rent per approved dog. Driveway parking for 1 car. This Property Does Not Have Air Conditioning. Bike storage referenced in the amenities would be in the gated, shared yard area with the BBQ and other items.
