This is an upstairs apartment in an old Victorian home converted to a duplex. It is located in the desirable township of Moorestown on a well kept quiet street, with highly ranked schools close by. One of the nicest features in the unit is the stone built in fireplace in the living room which keeps the winter nights cozy. Management is done by the owners. No property managers to deal with. Although we love pets, we have found that our apartments stay much cleaner and there is less wear and tear problems if we do not allow pets. Sorry. Plus, this is a no smoking house. Also, this unit does not have disability access. It is a full flight of stairs up to the front door. There is a large amount of storage area in the basement that is shared with the bottom floor tenant. Both tenants have key access and keep the basement locked for security reasons at all times. Each tenant has access to their own washer and dryer in the basement area. There is a detached garage with one space for each unit. Kitchen includes refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Owners ask for an application that can be vetted prior to setting up times to see the unit so that we do not disturb the present tenant any more often than necessary. With the returned application we will check both rent and employment history. We ask that applicants please drive by the address and review the photos attached so that they are fairly sure they are interested prior to us agreeing on a time to see the unit. Thank you.
