Lot rent is $235 with free trash pickup or it can be moved. The tongue and wheels are under it. It has an 8x16 back deck that was built about 3 years ago. A new heatpump, water heater, insulation underneath, and bathtub installed about 5-6 years ago. Brand new vinyl siding, gutters, and gutter guards installed about 3 years ago as well. New floor covering in the guest bathroom was installed this year. Serious inquiries only. As you can see we have just outgrown our home. You have great neighbors in front of you and behind you. Fireplace and furniture does not convey with the home. The microwave, stove, refrigerator, and faux wood blinds do convey. Home does have heat tape on the water lines so we have never had a pipe to freeze. We are asking $50,000 FIRM. We will leave the storage shed behind the home.
