A simple 10 K make over with new carpet , some painting, etc will transform this place into a great livable condo, but with 35-60 K you can turn this into an incredible 2 bedroom wonder. Remember paying less for a fixer-upper means your taxes will be lower as you are paying less then you would for one already redone. My property tax was $ 2731 for the 2017 year.
