The entire property is landscaped with mature trees and bushes. A small deck off the dining room has two Adirondack chairs for relaxing in the evenings, or you can enjoy a meal at the umbrella-covered cafe table on the flagstone patio. The backyard is fully enclosed to keep your pets safe and contained. You can park one car in the garage and another in the driveway. There's also plenty of street parking. The home is available from September 1, 2024 through August 30, 2025. This is a furnished home with a maximum lease term of 1 year, beginning on Sept 1, 2024 and ending in August of 2025. Owner pays all utilities (water, trash, electricity, gas). Tenant pays internet. Pets will require a $250 refundable deposit. We ask that tenant acquires renter's insurance. No smoking is allowed inside the home.
