This boarding style home is located around the Hyde Park area of Kansas City MO we offer 1 bedroom for rent inside this 9 bedroom home for a single tenant only. This room offers a shared hall bath. The bedroom comes with a lock on the door. It is in a very quiet home and the roommates are all business professionals. We have a common area on the first floor which includes full kitchen with a dining and living room area. Each tenant is more than welcome to use the common areas in the home on the first floor. We also have a 2nd story that offers a screened in porch which all the tenants are more than welcome to use. The property has a beautiful front yard with a nice porch on the front of the property. Tenants must provide a minimum of a 6 month job reference. We offer a coin laundry unit for washer and dryer at extra cost in the basement. This boarding style home offers peace and quiet with great night stay. The home has working professionals in it and we do our best to keep it quiet inside the home. The tenants currently on the property have been there for some time. The Management pays the utilities at this time so they are included in your rent. We have 2 flights of stairs in the home and no elevators so I like to make people aware of this. No pets please and this is a NON-SMOKING HOME and no smoking is allowed on the premises. We require a 30 day minimum stay with a $100 dollar deposit for each room. No parking on the property it is all street parking at the home. The tenants that live in the home share the chores of the home. We have a list of rules that we provide each tenant and we go over those at your interview. Each tenant is required to help with the chores inside the home. it is about 20 minutes per week.
