No justifiable evictions, no noise complaints, no property destruction, no excessive late payments or other lease violations will be accepted. Co-Signers/Guarantors A co-signer will be allowed if: 1. The applicant is a currently enrolled student and does not meet income requirements but meets the credit requirement. 2. The applicant does not have sufficient or verifiable rental history but meets the credit and income requirement 3, The applicant has not been employed for required time but meets the credit requirement. A co-signer will not be allowed if the applicant has a credit rating less than 650 Co-signer must meet all requirements outlined in steps 1-4 above.
