    It's kind of difficult to sell your own home. Our home does not boast anything or have anything that gleams. There are tons of reasons why we love this place though. We love entertaining in our backyard, the rock retaining wall the original owner built, the privacy, massive shade trees, mountain views, RV parking, sprinkler system, large shed, and hot tub :) We love that we are only 15 minutes away from Downtown Denver, Red Rocks, or Downtown Littleton. We love riding our bikes to Bear Creek Park and taking the bike path to River Point for breakfast. We love the creaky original hardwood floors throughout the main level. We love drinking vino and eating oven baked pizza from the double oven. We love cuddling up with a blanket in the finished basement to watch a movie. There are a lot of reasons why we love this home and are excited for the next buyers to fall in love with this home as much as we did!
