Very walkable location means some of the top restaurants in Seattle are blocks from your new address (Cantinetta, The Whale Wins, Joule, Westward). 10 minute walk to the hotspots in Fremont and just down the hill from Wallingford's main drag. Microsoft Connector stops out front of building, Tableau is one block away, and Amazon is a 15 minute bike ride/bus ride. Parking spot included in rent and bike storage room on site. Awesome neighbors, privacy, and walkability make this condo much more homey than your generic apartment building. Available Feb 15 Comes with one reserved spot in the covered & secure garage (fits a compact car). Cat/Dog potentially ok (dependent on noise, age, and destructiveness) with additional pet deposit ($900). Water Sewer & Gas $65/ month in addition to rent. Electricity to be billed directly through Seattle City Light (roughly $35 / month when I lived here). No smoking, and all tenants are expected to abide by HOA rules (essentially don't be a nuisance to your neighbors; a copy will be provided upon application). Comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports (~$50 one time to third party company) will be evaluated at time of application; no additional fees paid to apply. Credit score 650, consistent rental history free of evictions, lack of violent criminal convictions, and length of tenure will all be considered. Rent is paid via Zelle, Zillow, Venmo, or Check monthly; late fee assessed at the 5th of the month. I've been lucky to have tenants stay on average of 4 years; it's a lovely condo and am looking forward to finding its next fabulous occupant.
