Call office to verify that the property is still available Monday - Thursday (can view between the hours of 830am and 4pm) Fridays (830am and 330pm). If you qualify with the following: credit score 600 or higher, no prior evictions/criminal record, and income has to be 3 times the rental amount ($5,850) in order to qualify. 3.
