This is a pet-free property. Curated with you in mind, this apartment offers everything you need and more. There are 2 assigned parking spaces and some guest parking around the community. The community is gated and features an onsite restaurant, spa, rentals company, and plenty to do. This is a community with long-term and short-term guests of all ages. While no parties are allowed, there is a community room for rent if you wish to gather for a special occasion and a fun restaurant with varying hours depending on the season. This gated resort offers keypad entry and access to 2 outdoor pool/hot tub areas, tennis courts, outdoor observation areas, and communal charcoal grilling/picnic areas. There is also an indoor pool, spa, sauna, and gym area located within the complex. Please note that the indoor pool is currently closed for upgrades during the season. Guests must be 25 years or older to book. If you have an extra-large vehicle, let us know in advance as parking can be tight and we want to ensure you are directed to a larger space if necessary.
