Brand new stove/oven, dishwasher, cabinets, sink etc. This home features a large living room, a 10 foot long by 4-foot wide balcony (we've fit about ten people out there for a party or two in college), a kitchen and a separate dining space in addition to the two large bedrooms, one full bath, and one-half bath. Internet and cable are included for your convenience! We've never had a noise complaint, and we're louder people. We've never heard our neighbors, I can only assume the walls are well insulated. Our apartment complex is older, nestled on the end of Franklin and Coy street. Deposit is $700, rent ($670) is due on move-in date. The apartment is owned by Total Property Management in Ames, landlords are very kind and willing to work with you. Tenant is responsible for utilities (amounts to approximately $100-120 a month for everything).
