Newly renovated with a new stove, fridge and AC installed this week. In general, we're looking for tenants with at least 2.5 times the rent in income, great references from past landlords and a clean rental history. The rent is $1950 per month and the deposit is $4000. However, because we know that moving can put a strain on any budget, we allow well qualified tenants to split the refundable deposit over 3 months with a NON-refundable fee of $30. Pets are allowed with their own pet rent of $30 month and no additional deposit. The house is just about move-in ready. We're just waiting for the stove and fridge to be delivered and for the new AC installation.
