We have a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment, located on the third floor with a washer and dryer in unit. We also have a garage included on our lease, which normally requires to be put on a waitlist. It is conveniently located right outside of our building's entrance. This is a pet friendly apartment that requires no pet deposit or monthly pet rent! Our monthly rent for the apartment is currently $930, with an additional $75 for the garage. There is a $150 subleasing fee and a $500 deposit that we are willing to pay for whomever is interested in taking over this unit! The perks of this apartment complex includes free cable and internet, a pool, fitness center, dog area/dog washing station, package lockers, and community room. Note: We are moving into a new home and Brick Towne doesn't allow us to break the lease, so we are seeking someone to sub-lease the remaining months on the lease. Thank you!
