Our private 1-bedroom condo is situated in a quiet area that's just a few blocks from all the fun and action of Venice Beach. The space has a full kitchen where you can make almost any meal and there are also many great restaurants within walking distance. There's a small patio deck where you can relax while enjoying the California sun as well. There's a comfy and luxurious king sized bed in the bedroom and the L-shaped couch in the living room can be a sleeping spot if needed. We have a 50" Smart TV in the living room with a ROKU that has streaming cable with many premium channels, and there's also a 40" Smart TV/ROKU in the bedroom with streaming cable. The apartment is a great place for a small family or friend group, couples, or solo adventurers. We also welcome business travelers and those working from home. We have strong WiFi and a dining table that makes a great work space if needed in the living area, as well as a desk in the bedroom. Small pets considered for a $200 pet fee as long as barking/noise won't be an issue and they aren't left alone for extended periods of time.
