There is no stove and we are not allowing any hot plates in the studio. Studio is located in the same house as the owners who live above. Location is hard to beat since it's walking distance to the restaurants and shops along Waialae Avenue. The unit does not come with a parking stall, but street parking is available on lower Sierra Drive or a 3-4 minute walk from the surrounding neighborhood. This place is perfect for someone who bikes, catches the bus or works in the area. University of Hawaii and Chaminade University are bikeable and there is a bus stop at the bottom of Sierra Drive. A UH Rainbow Shuttle stop is also about a 5 minute walk away on Koko Head Avenue. The studio is large enough for a single person, so no couples or families, please. Application fee of $25.
