While I am looking for a 12 month lease agreement, I am also considering a November to March time period. As the owner, this was my first house and the only house or property I own, and I will also be your direct contact when renting the house. Damage deposit of $2400 due with first month's rent upon lease signing. 12 month lease. Renter pays electricity, natural gas, city utilities, internet and other communications. Renter must keep sidewalk free of snow and ice. Renter must mow lawn according to city requirements.
