My air conditioned furnished apartment is only a 3 minute walk to the beach. It's location is only a few hundred yards from the Strand. This is a lower ground level apartment that I own. This is not a sublease. It has free off street on site parking for one car. This is set up as a vacation rental so all linens, including towels and beach towels are provided. I prefer short term stays or temporary housing so I like month to month leases or vacation rentals. I will entertain a longer term rental of 3 to 6 months under certain conditions.
