Last Month's rent is typically not required, and there is no application fee. The owners truly love these buildings and have held onto them through "old age" as they have a strong identity providing housing for people, and that buildings like this are not made anymore. FYI unfortunately the ownership has a rule of NO dogs, please do not inquire.
