The unit is 15min from main campus, about 10min from the hospital. There's a saltwater pool, fitness center, dog park, gated access, and the unit has great insulation so it stays warm in winter and cool in summer. The bedroom offered has an en suite bathroom with a tub. no smoking allowed inside; lease is for 13 months
