After much research, I chose Casa Alexa because it felt warm, welcoming, and unlike anything else available. The original artwork throughout the home, peaceful atmosphere, natural light, and thoughtful design create a very special living environment. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The lanai and tropical garden were especially wonderful, and the artwork throughout the home made the space feel warm and inspiring. Restaurants, beaches, shopping, and parks were all conveniently nearby. We loved the house and Cheri too. Deposit ranges from $3k-$5k depending on season. Application fees required to secure. Rent is plus electric. All other utilities included. Tenant pays minimal fees to HOA for application ($150) and background check ($50pp).
