In the summertime, the Spenard Farmer s Market is also close by. Go south to the airport or north to downtown in less than 10 minutes drive. Two key bus lines nearby also go to each of these places and to the u-med district. Rent is $1,500 and includes natural gas, electricity, water, sewer, garbage and recycling. $1000 deposit requested at signing of lease. A lease until May 31 would be ideal with renewal possible. There is a detached studio storage space at the back of the yard, with its own entrance that I periodically need to use. Renter will always know when to expect me, as I value your space and privacy.
