The room is 10x10 with rent being $475 plus utilities. Hardwood floors, Two closets and two cabinets for storage. Both on street and one off street parking space available. Laundry is in the basement. Shared spaces include large living room, dining room with piano, medium sized shared kitchen, one bathroom, fire pit in back yard, spacious porch, a gardening area, and a garage with couches that is mostly used for storage. Our preferences for a roommate are around our ages, we're 31 and 36. No pets. Progressive values. Lgbtq friendly. Reasonably clean and quiet and willing to help contribute to household tasks.
