The building is located in a quiet neighborhood with a small park and creek across the street, and is just a short walk or bus ride away from Lake Merritt, Piedmont avenue, and Temescal. I've lived here for a couple of years and love the location. I also have a cat, she is shy at first but very friendly and playful once she gets to know someone.
