It is an upstairs unit, part of a four-unit building. It has central heat and air. The kitchen is furnished with a stove and refrigerator. New flooring was installed in the living room and bedrooms. Standard one year lease. No smoking. The only thing that we pay is the trash. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, water and sewer; then, of course, phone and cable/internet if desired.
