RENTING ISN'T SETTLING. Or at least it shouldn't be. But if you've been looking at the rental listings, getting what you deserve might seem impossible. I could bore you with details like the fact that this home has walnut floors, rain showers, quartz counters, or that's it's on one of the quietest streets in Lantern Village (but I won't). But I really think the pictures describe this house. Rather, I think it's important for you to know what living in this house is like. It's awesome. And not "awesome" like no-wait-at-In-N-Out more like weekend-get-away-at-the-Ritz-Carlton awesome. Tons of decks with expansive city views and completely remodeled. People told me I'd never need A/C living so close to the beach. I opted not to listen and glad that I did (global warming is real). I remodeled this home with no intention of ever leaving. It's my dream house. But changing properties mean it's time for me to move and you enjoy a slice of Dana Point heaven.
