I am looking for someone to take over my room since I will be relocating.About the apartment/building:- 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.- The apartment is on the 17th floor (there are two elevators working at all times)- The kitchen has plenty of cupboard storage and it is equipped with an electric dishwasher, lots of counter space, microwave, fridge and an oven with a gas stovetop.- There is large closet for coats and a smaller one for cleaning products in the hallway.- Shared living room area with a large L-shaped couch and a TV with cable. - A/C units in the living room and bedrooms.- Balcony in the apartment.- 24 hour laundry room with multiple washers and dryers in the building's basement.- Rooftop access with incredible views of Manhattan and New Jersey (You can even see the statue of liberty)- Building has a community room that could be reserved for tenants that want to hold an event.- Building has two working elevators at all times.- There is also a code to get in the building for extra security.- Less than a block away from the subway (F/G/R trains).- Neighborhood is very safe and there is lots of restaurants and bars around. Post office is a street over, there is two pharmacies and a bank less than a block away.About the roommates:They are two girls in their mid twenties who work in healthcare (with crazy hours). Very quiet, never bring guests home and they're mostly away working during the weekdays. Clean and respectful.About you:A girl with a steady job, clean and responsible enough to pay rent on time. You will have to meet with the other roommates to see if you're the right fit. Preferably someone that will be considerate of the other roommate's sleeping schedule. No pets please.Rent is $1100, cable and wifi is $45 and power usually comes out to be $30 every month. Note that you won't be on the lease but there will be a notarized document signed by the lease holder (one of the roommates) so there is a legal document that protects both parties.
