In a perfect world, I would be yours. You would be able to enjoy the beautiful oasis of my backyard from my large screened in lanai. You could keep my yard nice and green using water from my shallow well and it wouldn't cost you a thing. Let me tell you about my kitchen. I have more than enough counter space to work on and so many cabinets that storage is an afterthought. My kitchen is so big, I even have room for a little office. While prepping food for the party, you won't have to be apart from everyone because my kitchen overlooks the family room and lanai.
