This is a 2-bedroom unit with me, the homeowner, living in the second bedroom. It is a corner unit on third floor of 3-story walk up (no elevator). Great breezes and natural lighting. 10 minute walk into Waikiki/Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park. Across the street from Waikiki Library. Close to bus stops and biki stations. Coin operated community laundry on the first floor. There is one designated parking spot for the unit, shared between myself and the tenant. I require tenants to hold renters insurance ($100/year). I am allergic to cats and dogs so no pets, sorry. Tenant splits electric, WiFi, and monthly cleaner, so ~$100 in utilities. There is a dedicated parking spot which we will share in the rare occasions I have a car (~3-4x a year for a week or so). Free street parking on nearby streets. No overnight guests without prior approval.
