Lanai with great views overlooking the Kalapaki beach and the mountain. Certain days you can see cruise ships docked at the port. Property is located 100' or more above sea level, it is not included in flood zone. Area is walk and bicycle friendly. Dedicated sidewalks and bicycle lanes throughout the area. Bus stop is located close to area (5-10min walking) Few key amenities: -High speed internet -Window AC on all bedroom and living room -All Major Cable TV channels -24Hr Security on premise -Swimming pool (Salt water) -Tennis/Pickleball court -New Stainless appliances -Outdoor bbq grills -Free on property parking (2 car maximum) -Washer/Dryer combo located in unit -Dedicated Bicycle rack Utilities: -Electric is not included -Everything else is included. Whats close: -5-10min driving to: Costco, Target, Home Depot, Kukui Grove Mall, Wilcox Hospital, Walmart, Airport, Govt buildings. -5min Walking to nawiliwili park, Kalapaki beach, Harbor Mall, Anchor cove shopping center. (ABC, Pubs, Restaurants) We will require potential tenants (all adults) to go through credit check (soft pull through Transunion) + criminal background check. $45/person. Will prorate this cost to first month rent if lease is signed and agreed on. Minimum credit score is 650. Tenant's will be required to purchase renter's insurance. No pets allowed.
