It is close to USF, but you do not have to attend USF to live here. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, oven and dishwasher, while the living room has a two couches, coffee table and TV stand. The bedroom has a full size bed, desk, chair and dresser. Closet is larger. Curtain is not included in the bathroom. Window overlooks street. It is at 3412 which is close to the gate, service desk, pool, computer room, gym, club house, and basketball court. It is on the third floor and the living room has vaulted ceilings. Rent is due at the beginning of the month, December is paid for and I will pay the $99 fee for leasing. You can pay through there website under resident portal and smartclick.
