Under 2 miles to Market Street. You'll have full access to the common areas, living room, kitchen with all appliances and utensils, dining, laundry and large yards. All utilities included in the rent, including high speed fiber internet. Rent is $700 for room B. Lease is for a period of 5 months or more. Additional deposit of $25 for house and room keys. Pet deposit, $200, cats or small pets are OK, but no dogs please. No smoking allowed inside the house. No illegal substances or activities. Rooms are for single tenants only, no overnight guests, please. Please respect quite hours posted in the house. Guests are permitted with prior consent of housemates and landlord. Tenant is responsible for keeping their room clean and contributing to the cleaning of common areas. Lease to start in January and throughout May, although long term stay is preferred.
