We allow up to 2 pets per property with fees outlined below. Small Dog (15lb and under): $125 up front, $25 per month Large Dog (16lb and over): $125 up front, $50 per month Cat: $125 up front, $50 per month. Applications can be submitted digitally through Zillow. Sorry this house is not certified by H.U.D. to accept Section 8 at this time. You must not have any history of financial crimes (check fraud, bank theft etc.) or any outstanding judgements from previous landlords in the past 10 years. We try our best to respond as quickly as possible to inquiries questions and appointments during normal business hours. Mon-Friday 9am-5pm but it can take up to 24 hours to respond for the initial in person tour appointments.
