Well, I am not what I use to be…but I have potential. You know you are on the right road to see me when you hear the clippity clop of Waverly Parkway. I sit between Highway 280 and Veterans, pretty close to the narrowest tunnel under a train track in Lee County. My yard extends way back and covers an acre. If you don’t like kudzu, consider a goat to help with the landscape clearing. My front porch wobbles a little and you take the risk to come on inside. My kitchen has hosted many meals since 1952. That’s over 70 years and after all those years we all need a ‘glow up’! My bedrooms are not too bad, but carpet, paint and lighting will help a good bit. The bathroom and laundry room finish out the back side of the house. n the end a fresh coat of paint inside and out will be just the right touch.
