    Hello Applicants & Interested Parties. I am holding the listing open until after Thanksgiving. I am receiving interest from talented people who can help me renovate the home in exchange for some amount of rent exchange, etc. While that may be a conversation that I am open to years from now, it is not what I am looking for currently. Thank you for asking, though. Spacious 1973 split level home, offering large spaces with scenic farm views, and peace & quiet. 3 Bedroom Home, with multiple split level design for maximum utility and privacy. Walk into a huge sunken living room, gracious kitchen, dining room, outside porch and half bath on the main floor. Master Bedroom with master bath, large office and artist studio is upstairs. Effectively, there are 3 full bathrooms in the house; three showers in total, three toilets, etc. Mudroom has a shower and sink, main floor has a half bath. Down one level from the main floor are two large bedrooms, double sink bathroom, laundry/mudroom with an additional shower and sink. Go down one more split level and enjoy a large recreational room with built in bar.. and inside entrance to attached garage. Seven beautiful American Sycamore trees surround the home, whilst not blocking the views. The porch is the perfect place to enjoy watching the harvest of the golden wheat crops. This is a non-smoking home. Pets allowed with extra deposit and pet rent. - We are well water here. So, there is no water bill associated with the address. - Rent includes usage of attached garage and ample parking space outside the house. - The rental does not include any usage or parking near the large shop to the right of the property. - Renters pays all utilities, including and not limited to: electricity, internet, TV, and garbage. - Rent is always due on the 1st of the month, and is only accepted through automatic payment through zillow. The window of payment is 1st through the 5th of the month, after which each occurring day will accrue an additional $10. per day. - Renters are responsible for keeping the interior and exterior of the property clean. (within reason.) - Any and all changes and/or updates to the property are only allowed with written agreement from property owner. (Like paint, etc.) - Renters are responsible for maintaining the yard area associated with the house. - This is a non-smoking rental agreement. Non smoking of any substance. - No burning of any candles are allowed on or near the property. No burning of any sort is allowed on or near the property. - All renters over the age of 18 will: apply through Zillow application process as well as provide proof of employment and income, references from work, and personal reference if applicable. sign a comprehensive lease, as well as pet addendums, and/or other addendums if applicable. - If Renters have pets, they assume all liability for any damage to property or person with regard to pets or guest pets. - Renters assume responsibility of pet behavior as it results in complaints of noise and/or nuisance. - Guests staying longer than 5 nights in total must be announced to owner, may be required to go through a background check, and may be subject to additional rent. - A total of 7 jokes must be shared to all tenants inside of the property within a calendar year. - I have listed a 6 month trial lease. I am open to discussing a longer lease from 7 months to a year, depending on the result of application process of each applicant. - First and Last month rent is due upon signing. The additional deposit of $800 can be split into 4 equal payments of $200 per month for the first four months of lease, if need be. Those terms will be added in the lease. Criminal history, and/or insufficient income, and/or lack of steady employment, and/or previous evictions, reports of extensive property damage, reports of illegal activity, and /or poor credit may result in a denial of rental agreement.
