It is a poorer area of San Diego but has been very much improved in the last several years. We have a great park, Community College, many churches, school and young families living in the neighborhood. Recently added a new roof, April, 2017 and also complete new wiring throughout the house. Also new ceiling fans in both bedrooms, dining area and living room and new garbage disposal. Solar panels going up soon.
