The apartment itself is clean and fairly spacious with nice closet space, including a walk in closet, a screened in balcony with a couple palm trees outside it (they made it through various hurricanes without issue). Nice air conditioning (which you only need in Summer, otherwise I left balcony door open in winter). Parking is free for all and not an issue at all. Pet friendly (with added fee).
