All of our rental properties must be viewed in person with one of our leasing agents prior to applying. Tenant(s) are responsible for gas, water and electric. We only hold properties for 10 days for approved applicant(s) with the lease signed and security deposit paid. Security Deposits are due 24 hours after approval. If move in date is after the 20th of the month the pro rated rent and the following months full rent is due at move in. Tenant(s) pay for gas, water and electric. Utilities are allocated. No pets allowed Evaporative Cooling.
