2 Bedrooms for Rent Together or Separately in Charming 1912 House (SouthTabor) I am looking for someone to rent two bedrooms on the main floor of our large house. I'm also open to renting each room separately. If you rent both rooms, you would have your own bathroom with shower and large Jacuzzi tub, otherwise it would be shared. The kitchen is big, bright and fully remodeled. The house also has air conditioning! I live here with my 2 adult children ages 24 and 21 although the older one is moving out in the next couple months. Our bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. You would have access to the washer and dryer which are in the upstairs bathroom. The smaller room measures approximately 13' by 9' with with a small walk in closet that measures 4.5' by 5.5'. The larger room It is just shy of 14' by 11.5' and has a mirrored wardrobe. All rooms in the house have high ceilings. Both rooms rent together for $1500 per month or $800 each room, all utilities included. This would be a month to month rental. No pets please. Month to month rental
