Hi, I'm Sarah! I'm looking for a roommate to move in with me in 09/01. The apartment is in East Boston, a 15-minute walk from the Maverick T stop and a 20-minute walk from the Airport T stop. It is a 3 bedroom apartment (2 bedrooms and an office) and a bathroom. The room vacant in September has a large terrace and rents for $1600. The room used as an office could be rented as another room and thus reduce the rent if the person coming in would like that. Some of the furniture you see in the pictures will not be there as it belongs to my roommate now. The person moving in with me should be open to bring their furniture or buying some together (TV, table, kitchen utensils). I am 30 years old, from Spain, and moved to Boston in 2023. I am an active person who likes to exercise, go out with friends, try new restaurants, travel, join activities, cook, and watch movies. I am looking for a roommate who is in her late 20s or around 30s, who is clean and organized in the common areas, and who wants to get along and feel comfortable at home with the person she lives with.
