342 N C Street is an adorable little home perfect for a small family or retirement. Probably the best thing and the thing I will miss the most is hearing the birds chirping every day. It’s such a nice quiet street it feels like Mayberry. Plus the sunsets are amazing!! Then neighbors are all really nice too. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a decent size kitchen and inside laundry room with a gas stove and gas for dryer too. And a cute front porch that is screened in mostly. My cats have ripped open their own doorway. So it needs repair. I love having a security door on the front porch and a front door too. Double protection. The back porch is big. The full width of the house and 6-8’ deep. Great if you like being outside to see the sunsets. The footprint is small but it has lots of potential. The kitchen and bathrooms were redone about 7-10 years ago? Before my time. I’ve replace the garbage disposal and added 2 more ceiling fans just 2 months ago. In the 2nd bedroom and the “dining” area or living room. The living room is a long rectangular shape that I have split up using furniture. Look at the old pics. Those are before I moved in and before I added 2 more kids to my family. So she desperately needs paint and lots of little touch ups and tlc. I’m willing to negotiate the price as long as it’s fair to both parties. I do not have the ability to do the repairs and paint that she needs for a new family bc truly I’m very busy with my kids who have special needs and I’m constantly going all over the state for specialist appointments. So my loss is your gain. It’s definitely livable while doing repairs. It has wood floors under the carpet but looks like they were painted white. There are 2” wood blinds t/o. Bathrooms and kitchen have wood looking linoleum. There are cracks in the walls. I had extra piers added under the house. So I think that fixed that. And I had the 5 roof vents sealed. 2 years ago I had CSet replace the A/C. They also upgraded the hot water heater and did some other weathering house repairs. The back porch is the same width of the house and about 6-8’ deep. It really needs the boards replaced. There are some garden beds on the south side of the house (where I’d wanted to make a car port and driveway) I also had a garden bed on the north side of the house. It also has maybe a dog run area on the north shaded side of the house. Seriously, I am just a mom that needs a bigger home for all my kids. I only had one when we moved here. Now I have 3 kids. And they keep growing! I just need to get a good down payment for my new home and I’d really like to take the kids to Disneyland. That’s it. Make me a decent offer. There is lots of room outside for gardening, hobbies or adding an additional unit out back for a family member or rental Income. This is officially a double lot that backs up to an alley. And has a sewer drainage in the back No corner from a garage that burned down years ago. There are 2 storage sheds in the back yard. One is small and older (was going to convert it into a chicken coop) maybe just 5’x6’. The other I had built on site by Home Depot. It’s 10’x12’ and a light yellow with white trim. They both have built in shelves and are great for storage. So much potential but too much for me to keep up when I truly need to focus on the kids. Plus my 11y/o has to use a wheelchair sometimes and this home isn’t wc friendly. (Yet) This home is truly a blessing just needs some love. Side note, I’ve had bad experiences with realtors so I’m very cautious about talking to agents. If you’re an agent who wants to buy that’s understandable. But no I don’t want you to list it! Just be honest and honorable.
