Solid home in need of some TLC. I purchased this home a few years back as an investment I left the area because im not used to the cold winters that said i will name a few of the improvements that have been done. One side of the roof is brand new I did it myself with a couple guys i didnt have the funds to due the other side but the worst side has been done. It has New Red oak solid hardwood flooring in two rooms on the first floor. It has a new toilet in lower part. It has a new water heater. With that being said I had left it locked up and sitting for 2 years i went back last fall to find out someone had broken in and taken my electrical box out cut them off at the box for the fuses. They also cut some wire in basement but left them there seems they gave up on trying to get the copper wire but still cut a few of them. Also they cut a few copper water pipes out undersink but not too much. I just need to sell this house I had put alot of money into it and so sad that people would do this. I currently live in Florida dont have the funds to repair this would rather sell it than just see it sit and do nothing. Ist a really nice house lots of rooms and you can see the craftsmanship that went into this make me a fair offer Its In the heart of the medical district could be worth alot in the future. Has 3 rooms first floor + big kitchen 2nd story has 2 rooms plus a loft room in between roof very old-school upper level has original oak stained 1 st floor has original trim and doors solid oak but it has been painted white and olive green I don't have any pictures of the improvements as I wasn't considering selling it until now. If your a serious buyer I can arrange possibly someone to meet you there but will need to install new locks.
