Looking to release my apartment to a qualified candidate. The lease ends July 27th, 2020. You can resign for 2020-2021 by January 1st and the rate will be locked in. The $300.00 security deposit (security deposit will come back to you once lease ends) is to be paid upon move in to my roommates and I. There is a $175 Release Application Fee as well.
